interrogates one of Pyg’s men by dragging him all over the city in his bike until he spills. Robin, who was captured last issue is tied to a chair while Pyg goes on a monologue. somehow found a way to escape from his bindings and attacked them.

Somewhere in the city, apprehended a dollatron thinking he has a bomb around his waist. To his surprise, it weren’t bombs they were carrying but germs.

continues his attack and gets help from one of the victims who was already turned into a dollatron. With him chasing Pyg, he however failed to rescue the girl and was dragged out of the building by Pyg, riding one of those coasters in the carnival. was knocked out by Pyg when suddenly came to his rescue.
The police finally came to put an end to the whole thing. Pyg was revealed to be a Circus Boss named Lazlo Valentin. He invented an addictive identity destroying drug he used to control the town and hold it ransom.
At the hospital the girl failed to save got into a rage and killed his father and the two guards that attempted to restrain her. As she walks out of the room, she bumps into a new villain who calls himself the “Red Hood”.

part 2 of 3: The Circus of Strange

From last issue, and Robin paracapes to the GCPD’s bat signal. Commissioner Gordon knows that the that answered the signal isn’t the same person, but the one behind the mask and the Robin he’s with are familiar.

The Circus of Strange has just attacked the police department to spring Mr. Toad out. Classic circus freaks like Phosphorous Rex - a man with his head on fire, Big Top - a vastly obese bearded lady, and Siam - conjoined kung-fu fighting triplets, effortlessly break in only to be confronted by and Robin.

The action-packed fight scenes end with apprehending Siam and Rex, while Robin brutally interrogates Big top. Robin wasn’t exactly following Dick’s orders and the police had to threaten Damian to stop. While the action was happening, Mr. Toad was killed underneath their noses.

Back in the bunker, lectures Damian about not crossing the line. Damian sees Dick as a pathetic impersonation of his father. Damian removes the Robin symbol and tells Dick that he will find a teacher he respects.

Dick and Alfred continue to talk about what happened. Dick wonders if he was like Damian, which Alfred emphasizes that the Graysons were loving parents and Damian’s role models were assassins and criminals far from his father’s influence.

Dick doesn’t feel like he can fit the role of . To others, even Comissioner Gordon, he’s just another psycho impersonator. Alfred reminds Dick that his roots are from show business; he should not think of as a memorial, but rather as a performance, like Hamlet or James Bond. The show must go on.

Dick rides the new and awesome Quad-Bat while Robin struggles to survive against Mr. Pyg and his Dollatrons!

A new Gotham villain called Mr. Toad is being chased by the All-new () and Robin ( Wayne) in their new flying Batmobile.  The Dynamic duo easily catches Mr. Toad which gave them leads to a certain Mr. Pyg and a circus-related group.

Dick and Alfred finally closes shop at the Wayne Manor and the Batcave. The new ’s operations has moved to an underground bunker in the Wayne Foundation Building. leave to follow up on their leads and respond to Gordon’s bat signal.

Meanwhile, the Circus of Strange starts a prison break on Toad while Mr. Pyg himself assaults Toad’s accomplices who were trying to escape from him… By turning him into a Dollatron!
