Ryan Reynolds Cast as Green Lantern
Warners Bros has finally chosen Ryan Reynolds to play Hal Jordan in the upcoming Green Lantern movie.
He was chosen after a month long search which included other actors like Bradley Cooper, Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake. This wasn’t an easy decision though of the filmmakers as each one of them had a different favorite , making it a lot more difficult to come to a consensus.
Ryan Reynolds will become the only to actor to play for both Marvel and DC, after starring in X-Men Origins: Wolverine in which he played Deadpool. Reynolds was also considered a few years ago to play the Flash.
Let’s all hope this movie will be successful, I personally think that Reynolds is perfect for the role, given that his personality somehow matches that of Hal Jordan.
